Company Policies

Transcendent Sound is dedicated to the use and enjoyment of high performance audio equipment for people all over the world. 

By eliminating huge middle man markups, we provide audio equipment, factory direct to the consumer, at prices that are less than half of what one would expect to pay at a traditional dealer.  Our customers span the entire globe. 

Our primary product is a line of OTL or, Output Transformerless, vacuum tube amplifiers.  These are tube amplifiers that do not have an output transformer.  The loudspeaker is driven directly from the output stage with no intervening impedance matching device. 

Refund Policy:
Assembled equipment cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  Assembled or partially assembled kits cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  Opened kits that have not been partially or fully assembled can be returned less a 20% restocking charge. 

Warranty
All factory assembled equipment carries a one year parts and labor warranty. Vacuum tubes are warrantied for 90 days.

To further encourage participation, a message board is available where hobbyists and enthusiasts can share information, help each other, and receive direct guidance from chief design engineer and company President, Bruce Rozenblit.

We strongly support the do-it-yourself hobbyist and produce a line of high performance kits that outperform conventional big name equipment at about 25% of typical dealer cost. 

The individual who wishes to build from scratch is also welcome and supported.  Hobbyists are welcome to share their experiences and receive technical assistance for their projects.

Audio is a wonderful hobby and this is a place to share it with people from all over the world.
